Swap solution: Shell swap from an A500 Chinon FB-354, the mechanism is identical. Direct drop-in replacements: Any Chinon FB-354, FZ-354, FZ-354A, FZ-357, FZ-357A – all share the same physical form factor.

Teac Drive Amiga jumpers:
I seem to have no spare working Amiga floppy drives around, so I just setup a Teac FD-235HF-3240 to work with the Amiga. If you have a 3XXX version of this drive, there are bunch of small jumpers: Set RY34 (Ready signal on pin 34) and DC2 (Disk change on pin 2.) Then set DS0, FG, HA, HF and NMK.
