Before Satoru Iwata became the President of Nintendo, before HAL Labs, even before his Commodore days while attending university, he found his love of computer games in a subway station in Sapporo, Japan. It was the mysterious "Game 31" which we know little about, but I’ve decided to attempt to recreate it on the Commodore 64 anyway. Learn a bit about Mr. Iwata’s early life, as we look into a math "number-crunching" game that sparked a love of gaming in someone that went on to make a very large impact on Commodore, Nintendo, and the video game industry at large.
