Refund and Returns Policy

Custom‑Made Items are Final Sale

All shirts, prints, stickers and other merchandise listed in our store are produced to order. Because each item is custom made, we cannot accept returns for ordinary reasons such as a change of mind or size preference.

Exchanges Only

If the product you receive has a defect, damage, or is otherwise not as described (e.g., wrong color, missing element), you may request an exchange for a replacement item of equal value. No refunds are provided for exchanges.

Notification Window

To qualify for an exchange, please contact us within two (2) weeks from the date you receive the product. Send your request to exchanges@classiccomputing.net with your order number and a brief description of the issue (including photos if possible). We will review your claim and respond promptly.

Shipping‑Related Errors

    • Our Fault: If we ship the wrong item, send the wrong address, or otherwise make an error in fulfillment, we will cover all costs to correct the mistake and reship the correct product at no charge to you.

    • Your Responsibility: If a shipping issue arises because of incorrect information supplied by you (e.g., wrong address, incomplete contact details), you will be responsible for any additional postage or handling fees incurred when we resend the item. We will confirm the updated address with you before reshipment.

Process Overview

      1. Contact us at exchanges@classiccomputing.net within two weeks of receipt.

      2. Provide order details and evidence of the problem.

      3. Once approved, we will send a prepaid return label (if applicable) or confirm reshipment instructions.

      4. After receiving the returned item (or confirming the new shipment), we will dispatch your exchange.

         

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:

        • The item has been altered, used, or damaged after receipt.

        • The claim is submitted outside the two‑week window.

        • The issue does not constitute a defect or shipping error as defined above.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
