Amiga 3000 “Flicker Fixer” repair strategies

The last thing keeping me from assembling my Amiga 3000 is the broken Flicker Fixer circuitry. It was damaged by a leaking NiCD battery, so it’s time to finally address this issue and get this machine working as well as it did when it left the factory.
